Keystone Construction & Restoration was founded by Christopher Barrass, a licensed general contractor with over 25 years in the construction and remodeling industry. As a locally owned and operated company in South Florida, Keystone has grown through word-of-mouth and long-standing relationships—thanks to a reputation for quality, timeliness, and reliability.
Over the past decade, we’ve found our niche working exclusively with senior living communities, helping administrators, property managers, and developers upgrade their spaces with minimal disruption to residents and staff. From unit turns and hallway refurbs to exterior projects and facility-wide upgrades, we understand the complexities of working in active, occupied environments and always prioritize safety, communication, and compliance.
